Following these simple guidelines after your toxin treatment will help you achieve the best possible results.
Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot showers, and direct sunlight for at least 48 hours after treatment.
Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours as it can increase the risk of bruising and swelling.
These blood-thinning medications can increase bruising. Use Panado (paracetamol) if needed for discomfort.
Avoid rubbing, massaging, or applying pressure to the treated areas for at least 4 hours after treatment.
Intense physical activity increases blood flow and can cause the toxin to migrate. Light walking is fine.
Avoid anything that applies pressure to the forehead or treated areas for the first 24 hours.
Small bumps or redness at the injection sites are completely normal and typically resolve within a few hours. Bruising, if it occurs, usually fades within a few days.
If you experience any tenderness at the injection sites, Panado (paracetamol) is safe and effective. Avoid ibuprofen or aspirin.
Toxin works gradually. You will begin to notice softening within 3–5 days, with full results visible at 10–14 days. Please do not judge your results before then.
A follow-up appointment is recommended 2 weeks after your treatment. This allows us to assess your results and make any small adjustments if needed.
